NYU Medical School is Free!

I teach a marketing course at NYU...so I'm very proud of the University's latest move: free tuition for all medical students. No catches. No iffffs. Just free tuition to the tune of $55,000 a year!

The University says that more and more talent are seeking careers in more lucrative fields, and being a doctor isn't as lucrative as it once was. So by eliminating tuition as a barrier to pursuing a career in medicine, the University is attempting to fill the medical pipeline with great talent. NYU-educated talent.

Such a great move on so many fronts, not the least of which is enhancing the reputation of NYU as a high caliber, caring educational institution.
