Saturday Morning Beer

Smart Mouth Brewing Company is releasing a limited edition new IPA beer that is flavored with dried marshmallows ala Lucky Charms cereal. It’s called “Saturday Morning.”

It’s “Magically Ridiculous.”

I imagine that the brewery is banking on consumer love for the taste of Lucky Charms, as a way to stir up interest in their product line. And I imagine that if you love that flavor and you love beer, that you may just love this new concoction.

But it opens up a lot of questions. Maybe that’s the point. What say you? Good idea? Good marketing? What’s your experience? JIM
