Target Goes Disney
Some may call this a magical partnership…Target and Disney.
Last fall, Disney began rolling out Disney “store within a store” locations inside Target. Brilliant. But it’s not just racks of princess dresses and stacks of movie DVDs. It’s an interactive experience complete with IG stations and video clip viewings. The stores started showing up in October 2019 and will continue through 2020.
Plus, a giant Target store is opening up just outside Disney World! Location, location, location. Locations, actually!
And, it’s not just instore. There’s an online store as well.
There are partnerships and there are partnerships. Leveraging retail locations, sharing brand equities, and intersecting customer audiences, in this case, makes this special partnership indeed magical.
