Yeti+ for Earth Day 2020

It’s April 22, 2020 and it’s the 50th Anniversary of Earth Day … the day we celebrate our Planet Earth and vow to protect it. For me, this year it comes with an eery feeling of, I don’t know, irony?!? I don’t know. I can’t quite capture the emotion of Earth Day in the middle of a life-threatening and life-altering pandemic.

Lots of brands are out to support once again this year. Albeit virtually. Which is heartening to see their commitment to the day and to the planet despite lots of other distractions. Our commitment to sustainability remains in tact which I’m thrilled about.

Lots of organizations are also out once again to continue to educate … here’s just one called Exploratorium which will be conducting live events throughout the day.

My one fav for the day, and maybe it’s just my #CurrentMood, is from the outdoor brand Yeti. Drinkware, coolers, gear … all very cool. The brand posted a “streaming service” called Yeti+ on their website where you can watch natural streams out in nature. You can pick from real streams from all around the US. Very cool (like the brand), very outdoor (like the brand), and very soothing (like we need right now).

We could use a little of that, on Earth Day and every day these days.
