Born Free

Born Free is a nonprofit organization based out of the UK that is devoted to protecting wildlife. Here’s a bit of their mission from their website:

“We work tirelessly to ensure that all wild animals, whether living in captivity or in the wild, are treated with compassion and respect and are able to live their lives according to their needs.  As a leading wildlife charity, we oppose the exploitation of wild animals in captivity and campaign to keep them where they belong - in the wild. “

Amazing work! To help promote their mission, the organization just released a new video where they took interviews of people who are dealing with the pandemic lockdown and quarantine, and dubbed them over wildlife that are in captivity. Giving these animals a voice in a very relatable way. It’s very cool and very compelling:

It’s all so true and if we really could listen to wildlife in captivity, I bet we’d hear these same sentiments and emotions. Wow!
