"Send in the Clowns" #Music Monday

We lost a pop culture, music, and theater legend this past weekend … Stephen Sondheim. Legend. So many great songs and great theatrical moments.

Clearly I had to pick one of his songs for this week’s #MusicMonday so I picked perhaps one of his most pervasive … “Send in the Clowns.” It’s been covered by so many and analyzed by so many as well. It’s a pop culture phenomenon.

I’m not necessarily a show tune lover, but I do have tremendous respect for the genre and for Stephen Sondheim. He is a one-in-a-million force.
