"The A to Z of Awesome" from LEGO for Pride 2022

For last year’s Pride 2021, LEGO released “Everyone is Awesome,” which was a “toy set” celebrating the LGBTQ+ community. It was indeed Awesome.

For this year’s Pride 2022, LEGO is taking “Awesome” to another level with a campaign featuring members of the LBGTQ+ community putting together LEGO creations that reflect who they are. It’s called “The A to Z of Awesome” and you guessed it … it’s Awesome! The brand calls it “An Alphabet of LGBTQIA+ LEGO Builds” and clearly shows that adults build and create just like kids! Of course, the campaign comes with an invitation to build your own creation because “we are all builders.” Check it out here.

This is important. IMPORTANT! Having a children’s brand like LEGO show such inclusivity and belonging to ALL children is so important. And BTW, featuring adults in the campaign as role models and influencers and “belongers” as well is equally important!
