One of the signs of a strong and impactful brand is its ability to relate and communicate with its audience and add value. Value can come in many forms, including information, inspiration, and also in this case relate-ability. Bodyform scores high there as it sets an honest relationship with its consumers. Something all brands can aspire to. Understanding what your consumers go through in life is essential in being able to build a relationship with them and to help them.
