Always #EndPeriodPoverty
In 2018, Always made a firm and public commitment to help young women gain access to menstruation products. They understood that many young women can’t afford these products which has a direct impact on their schoolwork, socialization, sports, wellbeing, etc. So Always set out to #EndPeriodPoverty. First of all, I love that the brand made a commitment several years ago and is sticking with it. Impact comes from consistency and dedication over time. Always is dedicated to this quest to #EndPeriodPoverty. Secondly, this commitment is a great example of a multi-prong approach to solving an issue through collaboration. Research, product donations, partnerships, research, volunteerism, and ultimately legislation. Full circle approach to a solution that Always can uniquely own because they are in that space to serve their consumers.
Inspiring women across the country to jump in and help too.
