"Sweet Sounds of Heaven" by The Rolling Stones with Lady Gaga and Stevie Wonder #MusicMonday

This new music release last week certainly caught me by surprise. I had no idea it was in dev. It’s the first single off of an upcoming new album from The Rolling Stones with appearances from Lady Gaga (vocal) and Stevie Wonder (piano).

The comments so far have centered around it being “a masterpiece” and “an instant classic.” The vocals in general are stunning, with Gaga at a whole new level for her IMHO. And Stevie Wonder just being the masterful Stevie Wonder on piano.

I would say that those comments are justified. Amazing. Igniting new life into a band that’s been around a very long time with a number of classics in its library. Showcasing yet again the diversified talent of a current super star. And leveraging the legacy of a musical legend.

Well done on all three areas! An instant masterpiece.
