"Harvest for the World" #MusicMonday

This is not a new song by any means, and in fact it’s a cover of an even older song by The Isley Brothers from 1976 … “Harvest for the World” by Paul Carrack. It popped up on my Spotify playlist yesterday and I’m not sure I ever remember hearing it before. Paul’s voice is so soothing and the lyrics are just what I need right now.

A nation planted, so concerned with gain
As the seasons come and go, greater grows the pain
And far too many feelin' the strain
When will there be a harvest for the world

If you are interested, here’s the original …

I find it gives me just a little peace. A piece of peace. Hope it does for you too.

What’s your experience? JIM
