Meow Parlour in NYC

We’ve seen restaurants for dogs, but I’m not sure I’ve seen the parallel universe for cats … until now. The Meow Parlour just recently re-opened in New York, the first of its kind in the city. It’s a temporary and in some cases permanent home to roughly 20 cats and serves as a human eatery/destination as well as a cat adoption venue. I had been opened previously, but is now re-opened and re-imagined a bit.

The website talks to the brand’s mission, offers information on adoption, sells merchandise, and allows for reservations. If you are a cat lover, then it’s a dream. And the branding opportunities and extensions are endless. I have a feeling we will see much more on this topic. I’ll be watching.
