Beyonce on Cover of September 2018 Vogue
This isn't the first time that Beyonce is on the cover of the September issue of Vogue...it's her second time, and in fact it's her fourth time on the cover in general.
But there is a couple of firsts with the September 2018 cover.
First of all, Beyonce had a voice in the selection of the photographer. Generally not the deal with the average cover model.
And first of all again, the photographer is a young black photographer (Tyler Mitchell, 23). The first black person to shoot a Vogue cover and one of the youngest ever.
A long time coming for sure.
