My Favorite Blog Posts of 2021
I always write how I feel and what we would talk about if we were face to face …
This week I’ve picked the biggest marketing moments of 2021 and I also picked the 2021 Brand of the Year.
In this post, I’d like to count down my top 10 most favorite blog posts of the year. The ones that meant the most to me, if you will.
10 … My Guest Appearance on “On Brand”: I had such a blast doing this podcast! A highlight of my year!
9 … Gay Dads in Holiday Advertising: Of course I have to include this recap I wrote for GaysWithKids, highlighting the brands that included gay dads in their advertising. It is the intersection of my life after all!
8 … Adidas “Impossible is Nothing:” Nothing short of inspiring messaging for us all.
7 … “People Will Never Forget How You Make Them Feel:” Thank you, Maya.
6 … “It’s a Father Figure": Go figure.
5 … It’s a Restaurant Not a Museum: A reminder of what we can have when we can go out with friends and family.
4 … Dads Day Out: I am so proud of the work that Dad 2.0 and The City Dads Group does. I just love being a part of it. This year the groups got together to get dads from all around the country to get out of the house and come to city parks to enjoy each others’ company.
3 … “Easy on Me”: This year I brought back my tradition of featuring an inspiring song every week for #MusicMonday. When Adele launched her new album “30” with the lead single “Easy on Me,” I was hooked and I could certainly relate. We need to go easy on each other.
2 … Buying Tuxes for My Daughter’s Wedding: A reminder that not everything has changed, yet.
1 … Now, How Do We Change the World?: Perfect for going into 2022. What’s next? No really, what’s next?
