Upwork "This is How We Work"

Upwork is a recruiting firm (my words) that helps organizations find great talent. It’s an online portal for freelancers to look for work and for employers to post opportunities. A job board as such for the “new” way of working.

And that new way of working is exactly how Upwork would like to position itself, as demonstrated in this video which highlights the new ways in which we work. And highlights how the old ways are gone …

Accurate? Entertaining? That’s in the eyes of the viewer. For some, this may be quite intimidating as the rate of change has accelerated and completely changed how we work together. And how we find talent to work with. For others, the change is exhilarating.
