Oreo Mid-Autumn Festival in China

Source: YouTube.com

Folks in China recently celebrated a fun part of their culture … the Mid-Autumn Festival also known as the Mooncake Festival. It’s a celebration of the moon best recognized by lighting lanterns into the air and eating mooncakes.

Brand Oreo decided to get in on the fun with a limited edition pack of Oreo Mooncakes available only in China during the Festival. Great example of a brand working to be a part of culture, right along their consumers by giving them what they have come to crave … in this case Mooncakes.

Well done! What’s your experience? JIM
