Here’s a message to brands for this year’s Pride: fight! Don’t be afraid to show your support. Or as my husband and I said over the weekend as we were contemplating our own Pride plans … “Don’t let them win.”

To all the brands out there … be yourself. Whether you decide to support or not, that’s up to you. Be your own guide. Follow your own values. Listen to your employees as they should be your unique guide.

For Pride month, I’m going to feature brands that go there … that show their support by not only waving a flag (which by the way I personally love) but also who show us that they know us and that they support us in meaningful ways.
