Burberry Floating Meadow

Back in the Spring for Queen Elizabeth’s Jubilee Celebration, Burberry had a full plan of engagement with the British people, principally those in London. That engagement included a floating meadow in the River Thames and anchored off Tower Bridge. The meadow was comprised of all the types of flora and fauna found along the rivers of England, in a sustainability celebration for the Queen. And as a signal of the brand’s commitment to help to sustain the planet.

I know I’m a bit late to the party on this one, but I thought it was really cool. And a great idea to make the Jubilee about the future more than the past. Well done.
