With so much chaos and upset in the world at the moment, I thought I’d have a little fun with today’s blog post. Nothing wrong with taking a break from the world and passing along a little (marketing) smile.
Which is exactly what this little advert for Mother’s Day from UK greeting card brand Thortful is all about. With Mother’s Day coming up, greeting card sales are sure to soar. So this brand message pokes fun at the selection and receiving process …
Love the brand’s attitude and sense of humor. In the liner notes within YouTube, the brand says that this advert is 37.2% less annoying than the one from Valentine’s Day. So of course, I had to click that one up too. Isn’t that the point?
A fun little break for sure. And for many discovering the UK brand for the first time, perhaps a new brand relationship in the making at an opportune time. Love the brand name BTW!
