The Movie - "Taylor Swift The Eras Tour" #MusicMonday

Well well well, Taylor Swift did it again … broke yet another record. Her movie that essentially captures her recent “The Eras” concert tour broke the record for an opening weekend of a concert movie. Shattered the record, actually, by bringing in what looks to be over $95million in the U.S. alone. Just over the weekend. And the numbers are still being counted!

And by the looks of it, Taylor Swift is easily on the path to be the highest grossing concert movie of all time.

Given her recent successes, of course she is.

She is definitely on a roll. Her tour has broken records, her sales have broken records, and she along with Beyonce and Barbie are being credited with saving the U.S. economy this year. Really? Really.

From what I understand, the jury was out on the success of the film … would it be a run-away hit like the tour or a flop because people have already gone to the tour. Well now we know. And it’ll be good to know what her next move will be. Because if she’s smart she’ll use this momentum to her advantage.

Oh, she’s smart all right! And a powerful brand.
